The hotel is strategically located near Ala Moana Center, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room I stayed in was comfortable, but it definitely showed signs of wear and could have been cleaner. While the staff had their moments, they weren't always attentive, and the lack of valet parking was frustrating, especially considering my handicap. Overall, it's a decent option but has significant room for improvement.
